Himari: !

Mitsuru: What seems to be the matter, Himari? You look like a puppy who’s realized its master has returned.

Himari: Those footsteps —

Bam!

Kaede: Halt!

Sakura: Halt, halt, haaallltttt!!!

Natsumi: W-What is it? What’s going on?

Kaede: You! Second-year! Private chatter is strictly forbidden! Your Majesty has graced you with her presence!

Sakura: Welcome her solemnly! Rise! Attention! Bow!

Mitsuru: Times are changing, huh…

Jeez. This girl never passes up a chance to be in the spotlight.

Kaede: Bow down! You swine! Lower your heads!

Sakura: Now, now, Your Majesty! The opening ceremony to announce your presence has been completed! Now, if you may so kindly come with me!

Reika: Thank you.

Everyone seems to be in excellent spirits ♪

Mitsuru: Hey, Reika. You’re over-the-top, as usual.

Reika: Oh my. If it isn't Yomo, I send my greetings. Well, I don’t care for noisiness or commotion, but…

Recently, no matter where I turn, these girls are here to kiss the ground I walk on, you see?

Natsumi: U-Um… senpai, this person is…?

Mitsuru: Ahh, this girl is the last of the ‘opposing candidates’ everyone’s been talking about.

She’s the previous student council president; the one who gave the position to Himari and disappeared. Enjouji Reika.

Reika: It’s quite nice to meet you! If possible, I hope we’ll be close for a while ♪

Natsumi: Ahh. Um, nice to meet you

(Uwaah Somehow, she seems like this incredibly beautiful, sparkling person)

Mitsuru: Fufu. You retired from the student council president’s position of your own will, remember? What business would you have now with the colleagues you turned your back on?

Reika: Oh my, Yomo How mean of you.

I did force the student council president position on her; of course I’d fret a little, you know?

So, I thought I’d come to see how everything’s going. It looks like we have quite an amusing situation on our hands here, don’t you think?

The Student Council President Re-election, my, my —

The Newspaper Club is such a nuisance, troubling my adorable little Himari. I really should give them quite the scolding.

Himari: Y Y-Your Majesty —

Natsumi: (Hm? Your Majesty...?)

Reika: Oh my, if it isn’t Himari. You’ve been lonely, haven’t you? It’s been awhile since we’ve seen each other; I don’t suppose you have any greetings for me, dear?

Himari: Your Majestyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!

Your Majestyyy, Your Majeeestyyy, Your Maaajestyyyyyyy ♪ Where were you?!? I was so lonely without youuuuu, y’know!!!

Reika: Oh dear, I’m sorry... Please don’t cry, Himari; you look so pretty when you smile.

Himari: Your Majesty~, Your Majestyy~ ♪ Yaaaayy ♪ Yaaaaaayyy ♪

Natsumi: Um, senpai —

Mitsuru: Ahh, Enjouji Reika has it all — she’s from a high-class family, has great looks, and is both intelligent and athletic. She’s a flawless ‘superwoman’ — and the most popular person in the school.

And, above all, Himari’s her biggest, most enthusiastic admirer.

She loves Reika dearly, like an older sister. It looks like Reika thinks Himari’s pretty adorable too.

When Reika resigned as student council president, she appointed Himari as her replacement.

Well, that’s also the reason why everything’s become so complicated.

Reika: Oh dear, dear, Yomo. It certainly wasn’t my intention to cause a fuss in the school, you know?

Mitsuru: Everything you do just has to be flashy, so everything around you ends up hopelessly involved in your stunts, causing other people trouble.

Reika: My, I’m always causing you trouble, Yomo. Please try to help Himari a little, okay?

Mitsuru: But if you’d return to the student council, you could smooth everything over, you know?

Reika: Oh dear, Yomo. I’ve committed a grave crime; therefore, I couldn’t possibly tower over others arrogantly, with an air of importance.

You understand, don’t you, dear?

However, Himari — as a consequence of your inexperience, we find ourselves faced with the Student Council President Re-election situation we have now.

If you cannot overcome a difficulty of this magnitude with an easy smile, I fear you are not suited for the position of student council president.

Himari: U... Uuuhhh...

Reika: I would take care not to forget this. If the situation worsens to the point of no control, I will step in.

And I shall resolve this with grace and splendor. Ah, but that would be boring as well, don’t you think?

If you could show me your fighting spirit, then, show me your smile too — my adorable little Himari.

Himari: Uuu....

Reika: That is all I came to say. I really don’t have much time to spare, you see.

The student council room brings back unpleasant memories for me... I’m heading home, Sakura. Kaede.

Sakura: Understood, Your Majesty!

Kaede: Stand up straight! Private chatter is strictly prohibited! Her Majesty begins her journey back!

Reika: Well then, everyone! Au revoir!

Bam!

Natsumi: (Ah, the storm died down)

Himari: Aaah, Her Majesty leftttttt!!!! — Um, Her Majesty was a little scary today, right...?

Mitsuru: I’m sure Reika was just worried about you, Himari.

She burdened you with the difficulty of stepping up to the position of student council president. She’s indebted to you.

Now, the main cast is all here — Reika’s not going to be that easy. If you’re careless, then she’ll uproot everything and resolve things for herself.

Before she crushes us, we should think about how we’ll proceed from here.

Things have gotten pretty fun around here ♪
